The Dreamer

I studied art and acting before I started travelling. I always felt sort of caged back in the UK, even in school, almost like I didn't fit into the container I was in anymore. It was uncomfortable, painful almost. I wasn't doing anything I wanted to be doing, I wasn't anywhere I wanted to be, nothing around me excited or inspired me at all. Then that all changed when I met the manager of the bar I worked in in Glasgow. He single-handedly opened up a whole new world to me. He told me about his life as a traveller, travelling for years across the world and I quickly became magnetised to every detail of his life.
That was the beginning of my life as I knew it changing.
from that moment on, I started to plan.

I set off travelling aged 23 years old and I made a pack with myself that never again will I do anything that doesn't make me happy or excite me and I continue to travel this world keeping that promise to myself.
six years later I sit outside my own campervan on a beautiful Italian island writing this with the love of my life and my baby dog we rescued here beside me.
Travelling changes you and it teaches you.
Its not until I realised that
"everyone holds the paint brush and the canvas to their own life." that I took control of my own picture.

The logic

Once upon a time, I was the typical city girl. Had a career, an apartment and a car. But there was this burning desire to travel! One day I decided to give it all up and travel the world. Four years on and I have never looked back!

Since stepping off that plane in Goa I have been on the biggest and greatest adventure of my life. From backpacks to campervan living and waking up in the most phenomenal backdrops, the adventure continues.

I always imagined that I needed 10 grand in my bank account and a gap year to travel the world, but now I realise all I really needed was to ignite my passion of living a better life!
